RE: New Eye - Festive Odyssey - Ellen Ireland - 02-18-2023 03:30 PM Thank you for explaining, Callie! You do such great work. We love all the surprises you give us. Not sure if that;'s coincidence, just my observation RE: New Eye - Festive Odyssey - LittleMe Jewell - 02-19-2023 11:29 AM (02-19-2023 06:20 AM)Arcadiamyst Resident Wrote: I noticed that it depends on the pupil size, the eye are reversed when pupils are big or small. Not sure if that;'s coincidence, just my observation Doesn't seem to be that simply. Mine and Songdog's are both BIG pupil size, but his kitty's eyes are reversed from mine. Maybe it is related to the Mysterious and Curious eye. RE: New Eye - Festive Odyssey - Arcadiamyst Resident - 02-20-2023 06:42 AM That would make sense, mine do have mysterious and curious on opposite sides too. It's interesting, I`d love to see this confirmed, it's great when Kittycats have little quirks to discover RE: New Eye - Festive Odyssey - Sara Franco - 02-20-2023 07:34 AM I had a nice surprise today! I cannot be sure that the father has pure eyes of course, but at least we know Festive Odyssey are dominant to Brushed Steel since they could not be hiding in any old cats. I will try to find out more. RE: New Eye - Festive Odyssey - Callie Cline - 02-20-2023 05:10 PM it's not a pattern, sometimes when i make odyssey eyes, i randomly decide to make some on the opposite side so there's not a huge thought behind it! just something so the cats are all a bit unique. so glad you noticed. RE: New Eye - Festive Odyssey - Eleanor8 Resident - 02-27-2023 12:00 AM Festive Odyssey is recessive to Pewter. RE: New Eye - Festive Odyssey - LittleMe Jewell - 03-06-2023 04:43 PM Festive Odyssey is Dominant to Galaxy Star. First picture is a baby showing the Festive Odyssey, which comes from mom Yuki, and thus the recessive is from Dad Donzel. Second picture shows a baby from the same parents that is showing Galaxy Star. That must be Donzel's recessive because Yuki's recessive is Grey Matter or lower. Thus the Festive Odyssey baby is hiding either Donzel's Exotic Seas or his Galaxy Star. Therefore, the Festive Odyssey is at least dominant to the Galaxy Star. RE: New Eye - Festive Odyssey - Sara Franco - 03-16-2023 04:56 AM I found proof that Festive Odyssey is recessive to RockOpera! My collection kitty which hides Festive Odyssey (You can see that in the first picture), just gave birth to a kitten with RockOpera (2nd Picture), so Festive Odyssey could hide behind RockOpera and that places it as more recessive than RockOpera. The first picture does not tell much about Royal Sapphire because the eyes Burleigh passed could be the hidden eyes which I don't know. RE: New Eye - Festive Odyssey - Eleanor8 Resident - 03-19-2023 11:34 AM Festive Odyssey is recessive to Royal Sapphire. |
