Hi,
You'll have to buy one or wait for cats you breed to give you one.
Size is random, so there is no way to breed especially for it.

Those are huge statues given out some time ago. I don't recall who got them, or why, and don't know if they can still be had. IIRC, though, you had to be given them directly from someone on staff; they were not generally available.
