Kitten and her team make kittycats work, and the do it with a smile. Very few places in the world exist where you can still encounter such a remarkably high level of customer care, and have it be reliable also.

I cannot tell you how many lost or broken kitties of mine that Kitten has saved. All eleventy billion kitties of mine send their gratitude.

I remember I had 100 some kitties which diappeared in a black hole in the pixel metaverse.
It were special edition kitties so I had more than one of them in each flavor and I had to figure out which ID's I was missing for her to be able to help me >.<
she told me to not worry and take it one step at the time and that it was no problem if I replied on my own ticket each time one piece of this gigantic jigsaw was solved.
I think if it wasn't for Kitten who comforted me there I would have given up to get them back all together.

Kitten has saved me more then once! from lost kittens or cats script crashing or even just SL being mean and eating my kittens. She is kind and never tells me just how silly i am to be upset when it's and easy fix.

A very beautiful poem to describe an awesome beautiful person.
I still remembered when I just started Kittycats way back in 2011, I had an accident in my inventory when that time we didn't have online cattery to store our boxes. All my kitten boxes were vanished because of SL issues. It's like more than 200 boxes. Kitten was just so friendly, patience, calm, care, professional and so delicated to her customer's support for any issues no matter they are easy to extreme difficult issues. She retrieved those boxes for me every day. Just can't imagine how many boxes and kitties she has been saved for us during these few years. I never seen much this superior customer services even in RL.
I will definitely vote for her if there's a new princess title of Kittycats

Kitten is fantastic, kitty cats couldnt live without her, my kitties especially, they are always running away and she is "johnny on the spot" getting them back
