Out of Curiosity, does anyone know if there is certain combinations of breeding that can bring out certain traits, or is it all just a gamble? Say for instance, If I breed two Bengals together, one Charcoal, and one Sorrell, they might give me a Bengal Silver?
I don't think we officially know, but I think the traits are "Bengal Charcoal" not "Bengal" + "Charcoal". In other words, I don't think so.
If you have a Bengal Charcoal whose hidden fur (since this is the current theory for how these things work) is a Red Tabby and a Bengal Sorrel with a hidden coat of a Burmese Blue, then the possible coats would be Bengal Charcoal, Bengal Sorrel, Red Tabby and Burmese Blue. One would pass as shown and one would pass as hidden.
Then again, this is not official, just what I've heard.
There may be a small chance of something totally random, as I think some breedables have included this, but I haven't heard if KittyCats included randomness.
