I've been away from SL for about a month and came back today to find my kittycat outdated - disabled My IMs were capped, so I don't have the update box.

I have tried to access the support page to file a ticket, but I keep getting a redirect loop error and it won't load.

Could someone please give me an alternate way to file a ticket? I have my cat's ID information.

Try contacting a CSR and they should be able to help you

Thanks I sent a notecard to Kitten Longmeadow on someone's advice. Hopefully I can get him back to normal soon

You don't need a CSR to fix this issue with the KittyCatS web site.

Go into your web browser and remove all the cookies for kittycats.biz and log back in.
