When I was trying to sell my cattery Saga approached me with the idea of making one huge auction. It will work as a normal auction, only alot quicker. And Saga will not read any pedigrees, because that will take forever obviously. Below in this post you will find a list of all cats being auctioned off, with screenshotted pedigrees for all cats. This might be alot of fun or a total flop, only time will tell but I'm hoping we can have a nice crowd and alot of kittens being sold.


Sorry to say quite a few cats I put up is cats i've bought in the last 4 weeks or, but they are amazing kittens, I'm hoping someone else will enjoy them. I'm only putting them up because I think they are great cats.



All panels will start @ 500 lindens, with normal bidding rules. Any cats not being sold will retire to my inventory. Notecard giver located on stage with full list.

The goal is to keep it to around 2 hours, which will be difficult. But there wont be much "thinking time" for each cat. Thats why I hope that everyone that wanna come to the auction check out the lineup before the auction. They are viewable in game now at Sagas auction stage. And of course they are viewable here in this thread

I have also made in game notecard that is sitting between the two podiums, where you will get the same list as you find here, in notecard, also all the pedigree images are there to be clicked, if one wanna view the pedigree as an in game image.

Normally on auctions, you see the cats that the breeder don't want to breed themselves. On this auction, you see all the epicness that is normally locked within bars in various catteries on the grid - and a LOT of it! :O

-So I beg you all please, go pre-view the cats, get the notecard, and add a note in your notecard for those you can not live without, so you are ready to bid when the time comes...

With around 2 minutes per cat, I can't wait for you to look at the pedigree, ponder possible mates, count your lindens, buy more lindens, ask a friend in IM if she wants to share the cat with you etc.etc.etc... I can't even wait while you answer your door, kiss your hubby nite-nite, change your kid's diaper, walk your dog, eat a sandwich or re-start your crashed SL.

So for this auction: BE PREPARED - and if you are afraid that lag might kill you, BE PREPARED WITH A FRIEND and share notes, so your friend can bid for you if you crash or you're otherwise indisposed in just those few seconds where your dream-kitty is up.

Basically, no bids for 10-15 seconds = Count Down. FAST count down, even, and onward to next panel.

As you can maybe see, I am a wee bit nervous if I will be able to do this as fast as required for the number of cats - but I will do my very best, and I do hope the buyers will cooperate so this auction goes over in history as the biggest and fastest (-and bestest?) auction in the history of KittyCatS!

This reminds me about when I was about 10-12 years old and my dad ate some kitty food just to prove it was safe to eat. I was totally grossed out by this

Bumpity-bump - the auction is tomorrow, and I am sooo excited to see how it will go! -And how I will manage with ALL those cats! LOL... I hope we won't be there all night, I will do my best
