Delete the cookies I mentioned in the other post. Then restart your browser and see if that lets you into the Support section. If that does not work, you'll need to contact a CSR in-world. Notecards work well. There's a notecard mailbox outside the main store: we've had OK luck getting them to help up when we had to use it.
