When switching user accounts, the support area fails.
Symptom of the failure is a webpage REDIRECT which can never complete.
Cause of the failure is mishanding of cookies by the web site.
Workaround solution is:
1) log into the KittyCatS web site as the user account which you would like to view/submit tickets for.
2) view Page Info (on Firefox, it may be something else on other browsers).
2a) select the Security tab
2b) view Cookies by pressing the button at the lower-right
3) delete the Cookies named "vision_client" and "vision_clientid"
Close the Page Info popup window then enter the Support area.
I note also that the vision_client cookie is a security threat since it stores the account name in clear text. This allows anyone with the skill set the ability to determine the account name used to enter tickets (probably the primary account). This, at a minimum, allows third-party web sites to match up IP addresses, their users, and the KittyCatS account name for that user.
