SL glitch - no problem. They will help you fix your cats and get you back on track.

Kittycats could probably say to wait it out, or wait for the next update - nope they help you fix it then.

Excellent support! Touch wood.. I have not had problems at all with my Kitties, however re-delivery problems for Kibbles and Milk have been done very quickly. Thank you KC Team
