My cat was sick, so I got her new food, set it out, made sure it was for her only.
She's had the food out for well over 7 days, and yet she is still sick.
The thing stays at 1% and won't change.

Hi there! Your kitty stays in recovery for 7 days, even after she's full and happy -- you should be able to look at her info readout and it will say how many days are remaining in her recovery. If's she's really been eating for over 7 days and not fully recovered, you may want to file a ticket and have them take a look. Best of luck!
Have you tried to set your kitty in low prim mode and back again?
This way the cat makes a new connection with the server and this might fix it.
