I can't create a new ticket to retrieve outdated cats that won't update with the updater.
Yeah, totally didn't know where else to address this issue. I've tried several times.
The Support button at the top of every page should take you to a form to fill in.
Leave the cat ID field blank if you have multiple cats and list all the IDs in the body of the message.
They're good about getting to the requests quickly.
Ok. Support contacted me through SL. It was a cookie thing. Cleared them and closed the browser and was able to submit the ticket.
