Hello everyone. I have seen in the live and boxed sales section of the forum that some are pinning their posts to the top and they are highlighted. How does one do that and if there is a fee, how is it paid? Thank you for your replies.

Not quite sure what you are seeing. There are no pinned threads in the Live Box and Sales section. people, however do bump their threads by adding a reply to them. Threads with the most recent activity move to the top so if you look some will simply say "Bump" to get it back to the top again.
You see this mostly in Auction thhreads where the auctioneers simply edit the Main post and bump it instead of making a new thread every week.
In other sections, like breeding pinned posts require us to request it from KittyCats via a ticket.
