Hello,

My partner and I recently moved to a new parcel, and while we were in the process of moving, we picked up our kitties into our inventories. We just rezzed them on our new land, and they are both sick, even though they both were fine when we picked them up a week or so ago. We've put down food for them, and their hunger is now decreasing, but they were both 100% hungry when we rezzed them. Do kitties get hungry when they are in inventory?

Yes..

Yes, the cats get sick when in inventory. You may set out a sick cat to eat food and they will recover in seven (7) days or you can buy a Get Well Vitamin that will instantly make them well
