No, that's not possible, riding a MegaPuss is owner only. The closest to it is they can hop on as passenger while you are riding your cat.

Hi there!

In order for others to be able to ride your mega, you will need to be riding the cat first. Other users can ride as passengers.
As Yshida was stating, there is no settings that allow another to ride your mega without you riding it first.

The Manual has what you need. Click the Manual link at the top of every page of this site. You're looking for Interaction. Scroll down a ways for instructions on Riding for both you and your friend.

Hi there,

If others are having issues riding your mega with you, it could be due to the region having a sim surround on it.

If it does, then the sim surround would need to be removed before others will be able to ride your mega with you.

If there isn't a sim surround, then please file a support ticket and let us know the cat ID# and the location where you are having issues.
