I've been away from Kitty Cats for some time and wanted to make a cat eternal. When I rezzed him, I got a 'OUTDATED: Disabled!' hover text. Is there a way to update him so I can make him eternal?

Hi there,
If your cat is marked as Outdated - Disabled, then you will need to file a support ticket with the cats ID# and our team will update the cat and send you a new copy back
