Heart I submitted a low priority ticket last night for a missing cat. This morning he's been replaced and his stats are just like they were when he went missing.

You guys are great.

You are so welcome Lanie, I know the customer service works very hard to make sure all the tickets are contacted within 24 hours. Sounds like it worked out for you, I am glad you got your missing kitty back. Please let us know if you need anymore assistance in the future. :-)
