Hi everyone!
We are aware that some regions may be experiencing issues which can cause cats to have movement/animation problems. This is caused by something on SL side.
Some tips to fix the issue are putting your cat in and out of low prim mode (Prims> Low Prim> 2D Cat, then Low Prim Off) or have your region restarted. Restarts have helped quite a few users.
We hope that the issue is resolved very soon and thank you for your understanding!
