Hi everyone!

Issue: Cats/Boxes leaving behind random prims. The prims are either white squares/balls, or brown balls and usually named rezer or kittycats#. They appear when changing prim modes and birthing usually.


Solutions: If you have stray prims you can delete them. Then make sure all your cats are updated to version 1.62. If your cats are already version 1.62, or the update doesn't help the issue, then please have your region restarted. Both of these solutions have helped clear up the issue in nearly all cases. If you still are having issues, please file a support ticket with the cats involved and the location of the cats. Please make sure that FoxieCat Resident can access the land.

Issue: Updater did not update the cats to version 1.62.

Solution: If the updater can does not update your cats properly, then you can use the cattery to update your cats. Send the cats to the cattery, then use a cattery dock to bring them back inworld. This will update the cats to 1.62.
