Yes they are a new ear! We sent out the following notice about them
"Uh-oh, It seems our KittyCatS have been playing tricks and have spooked the new ears into hiding! We will calm them down and convince them to show you all how pretty they are ASAP. Till then you will see " Ears: ?" "

Congrats on the new mystery ears! And that shade potentially hiding more than Blush has me all excited!!

It's looking like these ears will be mid-range. No proofs yet, but I think it is likely that they may be dominant to both Tufted and Scotty Fold, based on the cats that I have seen used to pull the trait from starters thus far. I've popped this kitten outa the box and will start tests as soon as he is mature enough.

There seem to be some on-going problems with the ear. It shows properly on the boxes, but is very different in-world on live cats.

This is a picture of one of Tazzy Titanium's cats with the Ody Tiger Fold ear, next to the statue mock-up that Callie made which shows the ear as intended. Not surprisingly given that we have now Wild Tiger ears and Tiger Fold ears, one would expect that the Ody Tiger Fold would be one of each and that's what Callie show here. But the live cats are presenting with one Wild Tiger ear and one Soft Fold ear.

I think Tazzy is going to file a ticket as a means to getting this into a work queue.

It is very much like the situation of the Chocolate-Tipped Swanky Lite whiskers, which appear fine on the boxes, but when birthed are Swankys not Swanky Lites.
