Hi all!
We have some exciting announcements to make regarding changes to the KittyCatS Team. Some of this may come as a surprise, but we promise it is all GOOD news!
First, we wanted to announce that Kitten Longmeadow, our Head CSR and Gal Friday is has accepted a position to fulfill a life long dream of being a teacher!!
Kitten will be an elementary school Special Education Teacher starting this summer! and we are sooooo excited for her.
Kitten won't be able to devote as much time to KittyCatS as she has over the last 8 years but she won't be leaving... she will still be around to help when needed and when she has time, but we'll be seeing her around a lot less.
We will miss her being around every day and we wish her the best of luck with the new teaching job and KNOW she will do an amazing job there!
So how do we replace someone like Kitten? With not one but TWO new CSRs!
We thought long and hard and it almost miraculously unfolded and we're thrilled to announce our long time CSR Kittie Oodles (oodlesofkitties Resident) will be one of the 2 of the new "Dream Team!"
The CSR names will be FoxieCat and PandieCat resident and they are soooo excited to serve the community in these new roles.
These awesome ladies have been part of the KittyCatS community for YEARS and we are so excited to welcome them aboard! They are Kitten-trained and Callie-approved, and we can't wait for you to meet them both!
It's been fun working with them these past weeks and watching them take on the responsibilities with ease in their training. Kitten and I (Callie) have spent many, many hours with them and we're fully confident in their abilities and more than that their LOVE to serve and help the community.
We hope you enjoy getting to know them better and we are happy to have them with us. we're also happy Kitten will still be around from time to time and the Kitties are very happy about it too!
Kitten will be with us "full time" until the end of this month, then Pandie and Foxie will be taking over. So make sure you give them a warm welcome in chat!
We'll also be having a party during the SL16b event and thought it would be fun to make it a congratulations party for Kitten and a welcome for Pandie and Foxie. We will send details out on that when we have them finalized!!
