Hi everyone. This morning I did not receive my purchase of the food or get well vitamins. Is there a way for me to have them resend my purchases in-store? I could not find a terminal for that. Thanks for any help. I've opened up a ticket as well but they seem to be mostly for the cats as the ticket asks for an id number. Has anyone else had this happen?

Ticket's the way to get non delivered items redelivered.
You have to add the transaction history from the sl website and can swap the cat's ID bit.
