ETA: This issue appears to have been fixed. Sending your cats to the Cattery and retrieving them back should fix the issue. 
Hi all! There is a bug with these cats where the sculpts and textures are not rezzing correctly. I have notified our scripter about it so it can be fixed. In the meantime the cats do still work, but they will look weird. You can keep them in the Cattery or in-world, or if they are under 24hrs old you can re-pack them using the Re-Packer (get it for free here: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Ki...4/104/25). We will send another notice once the issue is fixed. Thanks!
