I am experiencing the same issue. It is only with the offspring of Devil Dolls special babies.
When the ody equine ear picture was broken, it took them awhile to get around to doing the photoshoot necessary to fix it. It got fixed eventually. It may be that the priority right now is getting the Winter Collection ready for release.
I filed a ticket a while ago regarding a Toyger - Tawny with Pixie Point ears where the image was broken, menageried her a couple days ago and it wasn't fixed then. Guessing as Ivy said that its not a high priority at the moment.
When they add a new fur, they only need to create a new image for each ear shape.
But when they create a new ear shape, they need to create a new image for each fur.
So, yes, it takes a while.
We need to remember it takes longer after each new value.
Fortunately, there is a solution which automates the entire process, including uploading the images to the LL Asset Servers and putting them on the web site.
It just takes a while to program the robot.
