Great, just an FYI though, if your breed produces a Golden Ticket you will need to demonstrate the purity of the Toyger - Tawny before we can update it

Yes you will need to post a bunch of pedigrees back to the starter to prove theres no posibility of anything else hiding, however if you pulled the original cat from the starter with a more recessive fur, there will always be a possibility of it hiding. By far the easiest way to prove any hidden is by pulling it from the baby.
So if your Tawny/Golden Ticket breed gives a Golden Ticket the simplest way will be to pop the baby and pull the Tawny back out. Its the clearest way to do it. of Course if it gives a Tawny life will be much simpler as all you need to show is the starter hides the Golden Ticket which you have already done

Tiger! - Golden Ticket is recessive to Australian Mist - Blue Marble

The Golden ticket was pulled from under the Blue Marble by a Toyger Snow which we already know to be recessive to the Golden Ticket, this gives is a range of recessive to Austalian Mist - Blue Marble and dominant to Toyger - Caramel

SO I put the Starter I have with a Toyger tawny and they popped another golden ticket



As I said last time i'm 99% sure this is a solid Toyger Tawny

Not sure where to post all the pedigree's so i took gyazo's starting from the tawny up to the robo that had the Toyger tawny hiding

Thanks for those screenshots am going to post them inline in an order that shows the line through to your new baby.



So first screenshot shows a breed of a starter with a Red Tabby, the most dominant fur and retired so thats not the hid.



In the second shot we see that Malvin, the opffspring from the first shot bred to Hanne, a Burmilla Chocolate - Silver Shaded their offspring was Nella, a Burmilla Chocolate - Silver Shaded. So Malvin passed his hidden fur into Nella.



Shot 3 shows a backbreed between Malvin and Nella which produces Nyle - A Toyger Tawny and a fur that is recessive to that of both his parents, since Nella hides Malvins hidden Nyle is a PURE Toyger - Tawny.



in this final shot we see that Nyle (pure) breeds back to his mother Nella, they produce SallieMae a Toyger Tawny and since Nella passed her hidden Toyger - Tawny and Nyle is established already as pure Toyger - Tawny we can see that SallieMae is also a pure Toyger - Tawny.

That brings us to SallieMaes offspring, a Golden Ticket as shown in Peewee's post, because SallieMae is pure her offspring has to hide Toyger - Tawny thus proving that Tiger! - Golden Ticket is dominant to Toyger - Tawny.

Congrats Peewee on narrowing this range a bit more and thank you for digging out the purity proofs on your cat

Tiger! - Golden Ticket dominant to Tonkinese - Blue Mink



Here Matt has repeated the breed that produced a Blue Marble, Penny shown in a previous post. This time however he got a Tiger! - Golden Ticket, meaning Ralston passed his hidden fur.
Goldie Hawn then bred to a Toyger - Snow and passed a Tonkinese - Blue Mink, since thats dominant to Toyger - Snow we can see that it was Ralstons hidden fur and therefore Goldies hidden fur and proves that Tiger! - Golden Ticket is dominant to Tonkinese - Blue Mink leaving us a range of just 2 furs to place this one Toyger - Silver & Tiger! - Lavender.

Matt sent me these pedigrees last night. I have asked him to check the hids on both babies.
Twilight Hides Toyger - Snow and Goldie Hawn hides Tonkinese - Blue Mink so these lavenders might hide those instead of the Golden Ticket
