what I can tell it wasn't anything directly related to the horses! Basically Ozimals was shut down after one of the original creators.. was never paid or given proper compensation for there work.

This creator parted way's years ago and has been in a legal battle ever since. The following was posted ((The link)) on another forum. I found it to be a pretty good read explaining things. Supposedly this was posted by the one who filed the DMCA Take down on Ozimals https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-_7k-VigxufaTM5b18yVXpvZU0/view

I am also curious to how things are safe guarded on KC's side! It would be heart breaking to know if a legal issue ever did disrupt KC service that our perm pets would stop functioning due to server side interactions! I would like to think the kitties will live on for ever. Another aspect to think about is what happens if at some point KC no longer is profitable to sustain its current model and host. How would KC handle said situation while not as extreme as Ozimals still one that warrants some consideration since the outcome could be the same.

I hope that they survive a long time. second lifes birthday attracts a lot of new people who then start breeding. I have seen other cat breedables, but they don't have a permapet potion that you can buy, and they look different, so I don't think that any lawsuits might happen like Ozimals. I hope not anyway. Kittycats has survived several years, and I hope that they survive several more.
