If you can access the cat's menu, try toggling low prim on/off. (Touch the cat > prims > low prim > 2D cat.
Then to put it back to normal, touch the image > prims > low prim off).

If this doesn't work, you'll have to file a ticket at https://kittycats.ws/support/index.php?/ticket/submit-ticket including the ID# of the cat which can be found on your pedigree page https://kittycats.ws/pedigree/ and we'll send you a fixed copy of the cat.

Hello, I have a problem with my two cats.
I correctly set home and range and, well they sleep at home and that's good, but when they are awake, they walk around about one meter under the floor of my skybox.
I checked my home position on the menu and the height is wrong.
Does anyone help me please?
