Have you updated to the new profiler? There was a recent update to version 1.40

There's a new update as Hap said, also you have to take out the s in https in the ped link for it to show

With the update you no longer have to take the 's' out of 'https'. Was very pleased with this, as well as being able to add the selling price!

That's odd, after the pdate my friend was having issues and taking out the s worked, perhaps it's fixed now.
