2. Entries must be PG rated.
3. Use a Collar Creation Template to submit your design
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS:
• October 26th at 11:59 PM SL time.
JUDGING AND WINNERS:
• winners will be chosen by a combination of a community vote and a KittyCatS! judging panel.
• community voting will begin October 28th and end on October 31st 2016
• Winners will be announced November 1st, 2016
SUBMISSION STANDARDS:
• All submitted work must be original and not infringe on the intellectual property of anyone else.

1st Prize 10.000 K$
2nd Prize 7.500 K$
3rd Prize 5.000 K$
