Like Hikari says the Halloween ones would not be released in August so early before Halloween happens. Normally the release of Halloween kitties is a week or so before Halloween on 31st Oct but date of release can vary. We don't know the exact time until it will happen and KittycatS tells us but it always would be in October.

Do you mean the special births that occur from 17-21 August?
