I store my food & milk in the feeder and retrieve to inventory when I need a single to set out on another parcel. Today it's showing a lock like I do not have permissions and I cannot move them. This usually only occurs on a Tuesday. I submitted a ticket about it yet "View Tickets" shows none.
Dunno about the in-world problem.
But I can confirm that there is a problem on the tickets. A few days ago I submitted a couple of tickets and checked they showed in the list. Today, it shows no ticket history.

SL glitches are to be expected. If I created a product that was having problems I'd want to know, and your confirmation on the ticket submission problem keeps me from feeling like I'm the only one it's happening to. Thank you!
Are you using the dropdown menu to see if they are showing in the closed-tickets-list?

It's not there but thanks for replying. That's a good piece of information to know.
Oh, look, there are my old tickets. Everything is so grayed on that page I didn't even notice the drop-down.
