I bought a panda bear from the second life marketplace;
https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Bear-Pedigree-Small-Large/3494221

when I click it i get the following error on this site;
The Pedigree panel you clicked was configured wrongly. The panel can only link to KittyCatS of the panel owner

any help would be appreciated Smile
I assume you're referring to an in-world object. As it says, you can only view the Pedigree for cats owned by the panel owner. Since you say you purchased the cat, that is no longer the case.

You will find the Pedigree for the cat you purchased in your Pedigree roster.
Hi !

If you want to use this "panda bear" as a pedigree giver to show your cats' pedigrees
to other people, then you have to type the ID of the cat you want to show the pedigree of in
the description field of the "panda bear".
It will only work for your own cats.

I hope this helps. Smile
Thanks - so I need to buy a cat first? I thought this was a pet panda Sad
You'd have to get a cat indeed, sadly I don't know anything about pet pandas,
but I know about our Pandie breed http://kittycats.biz/pandie2.htm
If you want one of those, you can find them on the secondary market.
(directory : http://kittycats.biz/forum/showthread.php?tid=17986 )

We also have the Firestorm cat that is a free permapet (means it doesn't need
food & never gets sick) available at the store.

It sounds to me like the 'Panda' is a pedigree giver.

If it uses the standard, free, script, then removing the script should convert the Panda to a simple statue.
Yes, that looks that statue that will give you information of the pedigree of a KittyCat. Are you looking for a Pandie-furred cat like this:
