Please let me begin by saying I do think the Miracle Menagerie Bottle is an incredible thing that ways made by kittycats. I do think so.
The one thing that I wish would be changed is the date that it has to be before FEBRUARY 2013. I joined kittycats late 2012. I wasn't with kittycats for the beginning and I didn't menagerie any of my kitties until after this date. Yet there are still kittycats I sometimes really regret not having with me to this day.
I just think it would be a nice option for a later date Miracle Menagerie Bottle because it is as the saying goes, you don't know what you got until its gone!
Even if it had to be purchased.
This is just a thought that has been going through my head for awhile now.
As I've said before, the long-term menagerie is unfair and becomes more unfair with each passing day. It was designed to unfairly bias against newer players, and that bias increases with each passing moment. Eventually, virtually (if not actually) nobody will be able to use it at all.
My suggestion, once again, is to eliminate the ability to retrieve long-term menagerie, altogether; and simply allow ALL players to view (but not retrieve) ALL cats which have been in the menagerie for more than 7 days, regardless of when the player joined the game or when the cat was sent to the menagerie.

Either that or for all people because I think the OP is right.
hiya
I really loved the Miracle Menagerie Bottle! has been able to call back from the menagerie 3 of my oooold cats sent away.. sure i would loved call more, but was really happy for this gift!
Also love the Magic Menagerie Bottle! love the idea to change my mind or fix an error (yes, it's in 7 days, but.. well.. yay!)
it's true that we don't have a page in our account called Menagerie where go to see all our sent cats/boxes but, if you go in your Kitty Dollars Transaction page will see all your cats and boxes sent, like the Transaction History of LL's website, when you did and the ID of the cats or boxes.

And if you click on the ID you will have a new page that will show you the cat and the parents (and of course if you owned all the parents can go up and up to see all the history of your menageried cat/box)

The transaction history is incomplete for older players.
I also like the Miracle Menagerie Bottle, but it only benefits older kittycat players who sent cats to the menagerie before February of 2013. Right now as it stands newer players don't benefit from this at all, and to me a later date miracle menagerie bottle should of been created so all can retrieve three kittycats they perhaps regret sending to menagerie long after the date the cat was sent.
That is the whole point. Even if they create a bottle players have to purchase, at least make it more fair for players who can't benefit from the Miracle Menagerie Bottle.
Or go with what Tad has suggested in his first post so it is fair to all players.
well when they released the Miracle Menagerie there was also the Magic Menagerie, so you can retrieve your menageried cat in 7 days..
Tad, yes, i breed KC from the first day of the release and my transaction start from april 2012, but it's better than nothing

As Lixy said, when they released the Magic Menagerie bottle it was in february 2013. They realised that there was a lot of people that had menageried before this magical bottle appeared, so they made a Miracle Menagerie Bottle as well. So people who had menageried before the Magic bottle came to be a chance to bring some of their cats back. The Miracle bottle wasn't meant to be used for newer players, it's still lingering around for some of the older players that still haven't used it yet

Which reminds me, I need to pick up my copy of that bottle soon.
The Magic bottle does give you 7 days of regret-time, that's a long time.
Kittycats have slowly grown and gotten better and better during the years so I'm not surprised if the registry isn't flawless

7 days is long yes and is a blessing we have it actually.
Being new to breeding and make menagerie mistakes from which the impact kicks in way later ...
Well we've all been there being new is learning to love and value it is all a journey.
My regrets for some dear cats, I have back now via that desired bottle, did kick in well perhaps a year later when I had a good conception about what was valuable to me.
My very first cat for example.
It was an almost complete Genesis cat so not valuable one would think way later something like that becomes desireable to have back.
I never could retreive my very first breed because retreiving 3 cats was already slim for all my retreival wishes

I quess what I am saying is being new to breeding KittyCatS is something way else than being a seasoned breeder who has seen multiple collectibles come and go and all.
I never did say that either Menagerie retrieval bottle wasn't a blessing. I just said it would be nice if perhaps a new menagerie bottle with a later date was made even for purchase so everyone could benefit from that three cat retrieval. Everyone of us was new to kittycats at one time so why should only older players benefit from this? I'm not new to kittycats, but when I was I did some really stupid things.
I had my first two kittycats (pets) permapetted a few months before I began breeding way back in 2012/2013. I had just started breeding and I got the cattery and the menagerie mixed up. So I sent a bunch of pairs to the menagerie because I thought I was sending them to the cattery. I didn't even really read the warning at the time because I was so excited. I didn't even know at the time about the cattery dock, etc. I didn't even know you had to pay in to get them food. As I said, I didn't know much about things as of that time. It was passed the seven day mark before I even had realized what I had done, and by that time it was too late. It was a hard lesson because I had every intention of keeping my first few pairs because they were special to me.
Not saying it was the brightest move I made and I will admit it wasn't, but mistakes and confusion happen. I've learned a lot since back then after a lot of reading and doing my own experimenting. I've actually never been a huge menagerie user in the first place.
I've for the most part always been very happy and supportive and grateful for everything kittycats has done with these adorable breedables. After about a year of thinking about this, I decided to make my thoughts known on the menagerie bottle.
