Full Version: Problem with the support site?

Hi -

I filed a ticket this morning to report my missing cat, Chairman Meow, and did not get the typical email response back indicating that my ticket had been received. I am curious if this indicates a problem with the support site and would like to know if I need to resubmit my ticket.

Hi Saxoni. The most recent ticket from you in the system is one from 24 hours ago (as of this posting) about a kitten box. Remember all of your tickets will show on your support account page under "View Tickets". if you don't see the ticket there, then the system didn't recognize it as submitted and you should re-submit it. Hope this helps!
Hi Kitten - Thank you for your help and for pointing that out (I dont know why it didnt occur to me to check the list of tickets). I did look and see that my most recent ticket is not listed, so I'll file it again once I'm home and can get online. Thanks again!!
