It's still boxed and doesn't transfer. Can it be transferred somehow?

Usually the freebies from the KittyCats store can only be sold after they are unpacked and permapetted. I would ask one of the CSR at the store to make sure.

You would need to permapet it. It then becomes transferable.

It's how I bought my first birthday Kittycats - I found the cats long after the 1st birthday cats were issued.
