I'm not sure I understand, but if you bought this cat from the SL marketplace and didn't get it, you'll need to contact the seller directly. If you received it, there is nothing else the seller can do for you.
Once you have a kitten, you have to rez it. It will either be alive, or in a box. Never try to unpack or open the box. Always click the box and use the menu to unpack. It'll take between 5-15 minutes to open, and your kitten will appear. After that, if there is any problem with the kitten, you contact support.
