That means that you own two Kitty Cats boxes - they may be sitting in your inventory (check lost and found folder too), or somewhere about your land. If you are sure your kittys have definitely not had babies then maybe someone has sent you the boxes instead??
If absolutely positive that you dont have the boxes then all you need to do is file a ticket with KittysCats and they will sort it for you by removing them from your pedigree.. i think ??!! lol.
