The subject can be pretty much anything. Just as long as you get it across that the reason for the ticket is you lost a cat, and require your cat to be resent, you are fine 
So subject can be "lost cat"... message, "my cat went missing", and of course, kittycats ID, your cat's ID. Then you're done Hit submit, and you'll have catshape in your arms within 24 hours
