So i went to turn my 2 d cats into three ds to save on script count and they are white blobs running around. they are not registering on my kitty hud at all. Whats up with them please?
One is invisible too. But the floating text is showing up.

I have not taken any into inventory at all cause i know that can cause problems.

Sounds like severe lag. Most likely your cats are fine and you simply cannot see that. But you should file a support ticket to have them checked out.

You fed them too much!

It's auto generated feeding how can they eat to much?
