Theme: KittyCats & Autumn/Harvest Festival

Participants: Anyone!

Rules: There must be at least 1 KittyCat in the picture and the picture must be in theme.

Preparation: September 25th- October 8th
(Interested Participants can drop a full perm texture of their entry to Mizaki Resident between those 2 dates)

Voting Starts: October 9th

Winner Announcement: October 31st @ the Halloween Costume Party

1st Place: 3000L + 1000L KittyCats Gift Card
2nd Place: 2000L + 500L KittyCats Gift Card
3rd Place: 1000L + 200L KittyCats Gift Card
Participants all gets 500L + 100L KittyCats Gift Card
