I'm on a quest to make foxie foxies. So far i've been having a very difficult time of it. I've got a few non-foxie blondie females with foxie ears, but haven't had any luck getting the dice to flip my way.
I want to try to remove at least one of the variables and get some more recessive ears.
I'd prefer not to get any blondies that are already foxie-eared, since i am trying to do it the hard way, but i'll consider it if you have a very strong line of it.
message me here or in world, please!
Thank you, Jane. Your foxies are very nice. They aren't quite what I am looking for though: neither of them have recessive enough ears.
Sorry that I can't help you but very good luck with your project - it sounds so very similar to a project of Skippy's and mine. Like you, we are aiming for 9T Foxie-fur/Foxie-ears. Unlike you, we are doing this with Foxie Auburn furs. Currently, we have a mass of 8T Foxie Foxies, with the ninth trait hidden in each kitten. Therefore, it's just a matter of a one-in-four chance on each round of boxes. Good luck with your project - the Foxie-Foxie combination is a perfect project and I don't understand why there are so few of these on the marketplace. Skippy and I are having great fun with our project. I wish you all the best in your quest.
Thanks Max, I'm not sure why there are so few foxie foxies out there either.
My wife's working on a similar project as well, but with Red Masks. I know another person who is doing it with s&p.
Thank you for your link Miss Olgita - I'll have a peep as well.
You are welcome. Got one more foxie ears Bali, but oh my, it's a girl again!
Thank you Olgita, I will hop over and have a look!
