Today I am reminded of how much I enjoy KittyCats - the KittyCats community - and in particular the KittyCats CSRs and volunteer helpers [mmm I think that's what they are called?]
Any problem - any day - there is a prompt resolution to a query - and a follow up conversation if theres a question.
And also the volunteer helpers for KittyCats - I recon there should be a vote for Kitty representative of the month. And if there is one already - send me the link - for I am in a voting mood.

it's nice to see them recognized in this post! i know most get the joy in their work... (really the greatest reward) and also it's nice to hear!
