The one area of KittyCatS customer service I would like to see improved is website updates. The "Our Cats" section of the website is out of date. Traits at http://kittycats.biz/breeds-cats.htm and http://kittycats.biz/eyes_tails_ears-cats.htm appear to be months behind.
