I had one in my inventory but its disappeared and I am unable to get another, what do I do?

Find your kitty's unique ID when you click their name on the pedigree page:
http://kittycats.biz/pedigree/

Then copy and paste that ID into a support ticket requesting retrieval of your FireKitty:
http://kittycats.biz/support/

And your ticket will be answered and your kitty will be returned to you.
