I have never had this happen before since I started breeding when the bday cats came out. But this has me baffled how I can get the exact same cat two times in a row. I understand the fur can be the same, but everything is identical. Any input would be great. heres the cats and who mated. thanks in advance.

Star (*) means worst-case (lowest) odds, best case (highest) in this case is 1-in-1

Diamond III x Cream Lynx -> Diamond III (1-in-2 odds *)
Crystal Sun x HuckleBerry -> Double Dip Flora (1-in-2 odds)
Curious x Curious -> Curious (3-in-4 odds *)
Big x Big -> Big (3-in-4 odds *)
Natural x Natural -> Natural (3-in-4 odds *)
Plush x Plush -> Stubby (1-in-4 odds)
Mysterious x Genesis -> Genesis (1-in-2 odds *)
White x White -> White (3-in-4 odds *)
Guitar x Guitar -> Guitar (3-in-4 odds *)

Both male.

First, an observation: the parent with Crystal Sun eyes hides Double Dip Flora, exactly.

Now, to the odds. There are seven (of the nine) where it's possible that the odds are 1-in-1 (meaning one of the parents is 'pure' on the shown trait).

The worst-case odds are 1/2 x 1/2 x 3/4 x 3/4 x 3/4 x 1/4 x 1/2 x 3/4 x 3/4 (243 in 32768)

The best-case odds are 1 x 1/2 x 1 x 1 x 1 x 1/4 x 1 x 1 x 1 (1 in 8)

It's likely that some of those possible are 'pure' so the odds are more likely to be closer to 1-in-8, but they can be no worse than 243-in-32768.

Halve those odds if you want the same gender (1-in-16 to 243-in-65536).
