If, by trait counting, you mean which is dominant and which is recessive,
this thread might help. It represents our present knowledge and best estimates where we're not sure.
A trait is any factor which you can breed for. Most people exclude the "starter" factors, which are named "Genesis ...", "Normal", or "Natural" except Whiskers. Starter Whiskers are Grey with (Guitar) shape.
Some market makers and auctioneers do not include fur, or even eye, when counting traits: check with them if there is a question about their special requirements.
