Cheetah! - Exotic Black's position is somewhere between Tonkinese - Blue Mink Tortie and Cheetah! - Maltese Black Chinchilla.
The second picture I included proves that Cheetah! - Exotic Black could hide behind Tonkinese - Blue Mink Tortie, and that makes it recessive to Tonkinese - Blue Mink Tortie.

I make this a nice proof. Here's the explanation to help those learning proof work.
MacColl hides exotic black as the second picture is proving
Look at the first picture, the kitten is bengal blue.
But MacColl can't also hide bengal blue so this shown fur must come from Maggi
Bengal blue can not hide MacColl's genesis fur.
Which makes the Exotic black from MacColl hiding under the bengal blue.
